A native of the West Coast, Philip has made his home in Mount Shasta since 1976. He was drawn to the north state from San Diego where his desire to create a slower pace of life merged with his love of nature.

From Millworker to establishing the first Lumber & Building materials supply company in Mt Shasta in 50 years, he transitioned naturally into a challenging and multi-facetted career in construction and development. Both as a business owner and construction manager Philip’s responsibilities were vast and complex. His innate attention to detail expanded into a valuable asset and enhanced his entrepreneurial spirit substantially. During that cycle Philip attained his real estate license and developed a niche for himself helping national clients buy and sell publishing companies.

Philip was involved for several years with the Shasta Mountain Playhouse, the Mt Shasta ecstatic dance community, and presently holds an active board position with the Mt Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center. He is a CMT (certified massage therapist) and is active in his pursuit of the healing arts.

Essentially all of Philip’s past experience since arriving in Mt Shasta has directly or indirectly contributed to the level of service, professionalism and skill he demonstrates in his current real estate practice.

Philip now focuses his energies on the Mt Shasta and greater Siskiyou county real estate markets. He places a strong emphasis on educating buyers and sellers whether assisting first timers or seasoned veterans as they maneuver through the dynamic world of real estate. He is committed to green, energy saving building practices and assisting his clients with healthy, and environmentally sustainable living.

The pristine and diverse beauty of this amazing area inspires a life style of health and wellness. Philip is an avid walker/hiker, swimmer, mountain biker, dancer, meditation and yoga practitioner. A dedicated family man and community activist, he brings an open minded, wholesome and enthusiastic approach to everyone he meets and everything he does.

Philip strives to create win/win results in all his endeavors. He is a highly motivated person who enjoys supporting others with the realization of their objectives and goals.
